- Zero-Turn Mower
Just picked up this mower. I'm happy with how it handles slopes (I've got a couple of 16 deg hills and the mower is rated for 20). I am not sure how this mower does not have an hour meter standard. I get that the warranty does not have an hour limit but the first maintenance is due after 5 hours (oil change) - how am I supposed to keep track of that without an hour meter? I ordered one from my dealer but it is not in yet. I like the accessibility to everything from a maintenance point of view.
Such a safer alternative in hill country to regular zero turns. The engine runs surprisingly noisy and hot. And has started dieseling after only about 10 hours. The lack of both an hour meter and fuel gauge is ridiculous in this day and age.
